In the psalms we learn to trust, worship, praise, thank and offer contrition. They show us life as it is — with its ups and downs, joys and sorrows. Even in our times, the psalms can speak to us, as well. Join Sister M. Virginelle Makos on three Thursdays during Lent for special programs that spotlight the psalms as centerpieces of prayer.

We will meet in the first-floor conference room (Blue Room) of St. Francis Center at Monocacy Manor in Bethlehem, Pa. Our 2025 series sessions are set for 2 to 3 p.m. on the following Thursdays:
